Specific purpose: provide to the homeless & less fortunate, and empower girls & women.

• No substantial part of our activities involves lobbying or political campaigning.
• Assets are irrevocably dedicated to charitable purposes.
• Upon dissolution, remaining assets go to a similar 501(c)(3).
